基因产物:动力相关蛋白1。

蛋白功能:属于GTP酶动力蛋白超家族的一个成员,可介导线粒体和过氧化物酶体分裂,并参与细胞的凋亡和程序性坏死。

相关疾病:由于线粒体过氧化物酶体裂变缺陷导致的致命性脑病1型(AD,AR)(部分可表现为癫痫脑病、有些可出现肌阵挛发作以及具有热敏感性)[1-8];视神经萎缩5型(AD)[9]
