蛋白功能:属于电压门控的氯离子通道,编码的蛋白质是一种跨膜蛋白,维持氯离子在各种细胞内的稳态,主要在肾上腺中高表达,参与调节醛固酮的产生。

相关疾病:家族性性醛固酮增多症II型(AD)[1];脑白质病变伴共济失调(AR)[2];特发性全面性癫痫(易感基因)(AD)包括[3, 4]:青少年失神癫痫(易感基因),青少年肌阵挛癫痫(易感基因),仅有全面强直-阵挛发作的癫痫(易感基因);婴儿癫痫伴游走性局灶性发作(AR)[5]。
