3、1954年Gastaut结合临床和脑电图改变系统的对癫痫发作进行了分类（未找到原著，根据1964年出版的《癫痫-临床和脑电图的关系》进行描述（由徐德隆老前辈进行翻译））。

4、1964年Gastaut等人根据临床和脑电图改变提出了ILAE癫痫发作分类的初稿[3]。

5、1970年Gastaut等人对1964年提出的ILAE癫痫发作分类进行了修订[4]。

6、1981年Gastaut等人对1970年提出的ILAE癫痫发作分类再次进行了修订[5]。

7、1993年Lüders等人单纯从症状学角度对癫痫发作进行了分类[6]。

8、1998年Lüders等人对1993年提出的癫痫发作分类进行了修订[7]。

9、2001年Engel等人对1981年ILAE的癫痫发作分类进行了修订[8]。

10、2006年Engel等人对2001年ILAE的癫痫发作分类再次进行了修订[9]。

11、2010年Berg等人对2006年ILAE的癫痫发作分类再次进行了修订[10]。

12、2017年Scheffer等人发布了新的ILAE的癫痫发作分类方法[11]。

13、2019年Lüders等人对其1998年的癫痫发作分类再次进行了修订[12]。

14、2021年Ronit M. Pressler等人提出了关于新生儿癫痫发作的ILAE分类方法[13]。
